As we emerge from the pandemic, the partnership with The Luxe Nomad has inspired us to enhance property management and guest experience, aiming to challenge the current standards in the hospitality industry. **Key Responsibilities**: - Accurately and promptly process reservations and send confirmation letters. - Handle incoming calls, assisting with reservations, room requests, and inquiries. - Stay updated on resort events, activities, dining options, and rental availability. - Optimize revenue within operational constraints. - Manage customer database and communicate regularly with reservation and guest services teams. - Collaborate with the front office team. - Utilize selling techniques to process and confirm room reservations. - Address guest issues and complaints with empathy and focus on satisfaction.
